FAMILY LAW SERVICES
Lee Ellis' successful case, Wilcox vs. Wilcox, 862 S.W. 2d 533,(Tenn.Ct.App.1993) is a bench mark Tennessee decision on the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act, (interstate child custody) complementing Brown v. Brown, 847 S.W.2d 496 (Tenn. 1993).
Currently, our office limites its Divorce practice to those cases which will be essentially un-contested.

Mary Lou Locklayer died without a Last Will leaving this Farmhouse and 18 valuable acres in Williamson County, TN. for the family to fight over, (See Amos vs. Taylor on "Real Estate" web page). A Last Will is inexpensive and can be very helpful to your family after you pass on.
